Slot reservation purposes

The "Slot reservation purposes" functionality from the "Dictionaries" submenu of the "Administration" menu is used to define the purposes for which reservations of free terms will be made in the admission schedules. After selecting this functionality, a list of already defined purposes is displayed and next to each of them "Edit" and "Delete" buttons. Below the list of purposes, the "Add" button is displayed.

To add a new reservation purpose, click the "Add" button. The form for adding a reservation purpose will then be displayed, where you need to enter a description of the booking purpose and a emphasis mark. The emphasis mark can be any string of characters, or you can insert a symbol from the list of symbols available by clicking the "Insert symbol" button. For the emphasis mark, you can additionally indicate font and background colors.

After completing the form, save the data by clicking the "Add" button.

To modify the data of an already defined reservation purpose, click the "Edit" button next to the appropriate purpose definition in the list. A form identical to the one for adding a new reservation purpose will then be displayed, except that it will be filled with data. After making changes, save the data by clicking the "Update" button.

To delete a reservation purpose, click the "Delete" button next to the appropriate purpose definition in the list. A form identical to that for modifying a reservation purpose will then be displayed, except that it is displayed in read-only mode. Confirm your intention to delete by clicking the "Delete" button.
