Settlement units

The "Settlement units" functionality from the "Dictionaries" submenu in "NHF" menu is used to define the names of measurement units corresponding to the settlement units in contracts with the National Health Fund. After selecting this functionality, a list of settlement units is displayed and next to each of them there is a text box that allows you to enter a corresponding measurement unit.

If measurement unit is defined for a given settlement unit, then the defined measurement unit will be used when issuing e-invoices without a bill template. If measurement unit is not defined for a given settlement unit, then the settlement unit will be used as the measurement unit when issuing einvoices without a bill template. However, it should be borne in mind that the measurement units used when issuing e-invoices without a bill template may have a maximum of 10 characters, and settlement units may have more characters, so there is no definition of a measurement unit for settlement unit whose name is longer than 10 characters will result in errors in the e-invoice file.
