The "Extra services" functionality in the "Staff" menu is used to indicate additional services provided by doctors not during visits, which are then included in the settlement of their contracts. After selecting this functionality, the search engine of additional services entered into the system is displayed. Searching for services is possible according to the following criteria:

• staff - the person from the staff who performed the service
• service - type of service performed
• date of performance from ... to ... - period in which the service was performed

After specifying the criteria and clicking the "Search" button, a list of registered services meeting the search criteria is displayed. Next to each service, "Edit" and "Remove" buttons are displayed allowing you to display the service edit and delete form respectively. There is also an "Add" button under the search engine that allows you to register a new service.

To introduce a new service to the system, click the "Add" button under the search engine. The form for adding a new service will then be displayed. After selecting the staff who provided the service in the form, the list of price lists from the clinics in which the given person works and list of payer price lists is loaded. After selecting the clinic price list or payer price list, the list of services from the given price list is loaded. After selecting the service, you can possibly change the date of its implementation (by default, the form shows the current date) and add notes. Then save the data by clicking the "Add" button.

To modify the data of an already entered service, click the "Edit" button next to a given service on the list of services under the search engine. The service data form will then be displayed. You can change the implementation date and comments. After making the appropriate changes, confirm them by clicking the "Update" button.

To delete a service, click the "Remove" button next to the service in the list of services under the search engine. The service data form will then be displayed in read-only mode. The intention to remove the services should be confirmed by clicking the "Delete" button visible under this form.
