The "Scanner" functionality from the "Registration" menu is used to manage scans from the scanner that could not be automatically imported into the jHIS system. After selecting this functionality, a list of problematic scans is displayed (if any problematic scans are on FTP). For each scan, the reason why it cannot be imported is displayed, as well as buttons to correct its name (e.g. typos in the PESEL number, incorrect document destination code) or delete it.

To rename the scan, click the "Rename" button. You will then be prompted for a new name. After entering a new name, confirm it by clicking "OK".

To delete a scan, click the "Delete" button. You will then be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the scan by clicking "OK".
