The "Attachments" tab is used to attach files (e.g. DICOM files, document scans) to the patient's medical history. To attach a file, click the "Browse" button and select the file from your computer's disk. Files in JPG format can be attached to the visit summary - if the file is to be attached to the visit summary, then select the method of placing it on the printout in the "Attach to visit summary" field. Finally, click the "Add" button. When you click the "Add" button, the file begins to be uploaded to the server and its upload progress is shown by a progress bar - when the upload is completed, the file appears on the list of attached files above the file adding form. By clicking on the file names in this list you can open each of them. Next to each file there is also a red trash icon, which allows you to delete the file if it was added by mistake, and in the case of JPG files, there is also a selection list for how to attach the file to the summary, and a green icon with a floppy disk symbol, which allows you to save the selected method of attaching the file to the summary. Under the form for adding attachments, a list of attachments entered into the patient's card in the "History" tab (if any) is also displayed.

The "Back" and "Next" buttons visible at the bottom of the tab allow you to switch accordingly to previous and next tabs in the visit card.
