The "Sanepid" tab is used to issue and send documents to the Sanepid. After selecting this tab, a list of issued documents is displayed (if any have been issued). Documents on the list may have the status "sent" or "not sent" - the first means that the document has been sent to the sanitary inspectorate to the e-mail address of the sanitary inspector indicated next to the document, the second means that the user has issued the document but has not yet uploaded it. Each document marked as "sent" has an icon that allows you to download the document as a PDF file. Each document marked as "not sent" has four icons: an icon that allows you to send the document, an icon that allows you to edit the document, an icon that allows you to delete the document, an icon that allows you to download the document as a PDF file. Below the list of documents, there is a form for issuing a document for reporting a suspicion or diagnosis of an infection or an infectious disease (ZLK-1). To issue a document, complete the form and click one of the two buttons at the bottom of the form:

  • Save the application - allows you to save the application in the system without sending it (after saving the document, you can view it, correct it if necessary and send it to the health and safety department)
  • Save and send notification - allows you to save the document in the system and at the same time send it to the health and safety department

The issued document will appear on the list of documents above the form.

The "Back" and "Next" buttons visible at the bottom of the tab allow you to switch accordingly to previous and next tabs in the visit card.
