The "Chronic Dis." tab is used to register informations about patients' chronic diseases. Registered informations are common to all patient's visits and all doctors - if one doctor registers information about patients' chronic diseases, all other doctors will see the information and all will be able to update it. To record chronic disease information, one should mark proper diseases and click the "Save" button.

If changes to the form have been made by mistake and have not been saved, they can be withdrawn by clicking the "Resign" button.
