The "Declarations (PDX)" functionality is used to withdrawing the latest version of PDX message in a situation when the message was generated by mistake and was not transfer to the NFZ. As the NFZ expects continuity in the numbering of subsequent PDX messages within a given reporting period, the version of the message which was not transfer to the NFZ should be withdrawn before generating another message. Withdrawing the last version of PDX message with declarations to doctor, nurse and midwife is independent of withdrawal of the last version of PDX message with declarations of school medicine.
