The jHIS system has built-in communication mechanisms with the electronic Werification of Beneficiaries' Eligibility (eWUŚ) used to verify the patient's insurance, the system of electronic orders for Supply of Medical Devices (eZMW) and the central queue system (AP-KOLCE) based on the PESEL number of the patient (or his tutor). These systems require authorization, therefore the data for authorization must be saved in the jHIS system. The "eWUŚ Account" functionality in the "Administration" menu is used to manage the accounts with which the jHIS system will authorize itself in eWUŚ / eZWM / AP-KOLCE. The functionality allows you to add, edit, delete and test accounts previously set up on the NFZ SZOI portal. From each account, it is possible to make 10,000 inquiries a day (limitation on the part of the National Health Fund), therefore, if the expected daily number of inquiries is higher, enter the data of a correspondingly greater number of accounts into the jHIS system.

After selecting the "eWUŚ accounts" functionality, displayed search engine lets you search for the accounts by login name (capitalization does not matter). At the search button there is also a button which displays the form of adding a new account.

After specifying search criteria and pressing the "Search" button, a list of entered accounts is displayed (if any were made). At each account are buttons for editing and deleting accounts as well as a button to test whether the account is functioning properly - when pressed, there is displayed a message informing you of the account ‘s status.

When editing an account, it is possible to block it. If the account is blocked, the system will not use it for authorization in eWUŚ / eZWM / AP-KOLCE (until the account is unblocked). In the account details, please indicate for what purpose / purposes it can be used: verification of patient insurance (eWUŚ), authorization for eZWM, authorization for AP-KOLCE.

Every 30 days in the NFZ SZOI is required to change passwords for the accounts used for authentication in eWUŚ / eZWM / AP-KOLCE. By changing the password in the NFZ SZOI system remember to update it also in jHIS system. If they are nearing the eWUŚ account password expiration, the system jHIS in the header of the page displays a warning icon - when you hover your mouse over this icon appears detailed information which password will expire and for how many days.
