If in the jHIS™ system there are schedules of admissions/waiting queues reported to the AP-KOLCE system, then in the event of a communication error with AP-KOLCE, a flashing orange icon for a group of people is displayed in the header of each page of the jHIS™ system. After hovering over it with the mouse cursor, a balloon is displayed with information about which schedule / queue the error applies to.

ATTENTION!

Due to the fact that the reporting of schedule / queue data to AP-KOLCE should take place in real time, it is necessary to react on an ongoing basis to communication errors reported by the jHIS ™ system.
