After selecting the "Scheduled visits at staff" functionality from the "Visits" menu, the search engine for free dates and scheduled visits today at a specific person from the medical staff is displayed. First, select a medical staff member and press the "Search" button. If there are any work schedules of a given person, then the schedule grid is displayed on the page (otherwise an appropriate message is displayed). The grid has columns that correspond to all clinics in which there are work schedules for the selected staff member, excluding those where the period of inactivity has been defined for the selected staff member for a given period of time. Abbreviations of the clinic names are displayed in the column headings. The rows, in turn, correspond to the possible hours of admission (the grid is limited to the total working hours of all displayed clinics and each hour is divided into 12 parts of 5 minutes). Free dates and appointments marked on the grid, the navigation button in the form above the grid, and the process of arranging and handling appointments is the same as described in the chapter "Scheduled visits in clinic".
