The jHIS™ system has been integrated with the P1 platform for the transmission of Medical Events related to the visits to the P1 platform. This mechanism is invisible to the user - everything is done automatically. Medical Events are generated during:

• closing the visit by the implementing staff
• modification of patient parameters, diagnoses (ICD-10), procedures (ICD-9), data relating to pregnancy, informations about implants in an already closed visit by the staff carrying it out
• restore the completed / unrealized visit to the state of the scheduled visit
• modifying NFZ services data encoded at closing visits

In order for a Medical Event to be generated and sent to the P1 platform, the logged in user must be entered in the staff database ("Staff" functionality from the "Staff" menu) and his user account must be linked with a person from the staff base ("Users" functionality from menu "Administration", field "User is staff").
